What the warranty covers.
The warranty applies to product malfunction occurring during normal, intended use within the one-year warranty period.
Covered issues are assessed against the product's intended purpose, instructions, and installation requirements.
The warranty does not cover malfunction or damage caused by misuse, improper operation, or use contrary to product instructions.
The warranty does not cover accidental, deliberate, or other non-natural damage caused by the user or a third party.
The warranty does not cover malfunction or damage caused by natural disasters.
Warranty support
Start with your local installer.
Your installer is the first point of contact for local troubleshooting and warranty support. Apeiron Guard will support the installer when further assessment is needed.
Share the product model, purchase or order details, a description of the issue, and photos or video where available.
Your installer can check the installation and connected system, provide local support, and determine whether the issue needs escalation.
When further product review is needed, we will work directly with the installer to assess the issue and confirm the next steps.
