We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 21 days of receiving the product for a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Return Conditions:

• Products must be undamaged, in original packaging, and include all accessories  

• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required  

• Return shipping label will be provided by Apeiron  

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

1-Year Limited Warranty

​

All Apeiron products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If your product fails due to a material or workmanship defect during this period, we will replace it free of charge.

 

Warranty Coverage:

​

• Replacement of defective products (same or equivalent model)  

• Valid only for products purchased through official Apeiron channels  

• Does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear  

 

Warranty Process:

1. Contact our support team with:  

•  Proof of purchase  

• Description of the issue  

• Photos/video of the defect

2. We will provide a prepaid return label if replacement is approved

3. Replacement will start shipping within 7 business days after receiving your return

Important Notes:

Warranty replacements do not extend the original warranty period  

• Products returned after 21 days are only eligible for warranty replacement, not refund  

• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under your local consumer laws
